Important to be efficient and proficient

I think it’s important to be efficient and proficient, it is also important to be skilled to adapt in different work environments. I think it’s important to be able to
adaptable in both areas. Being able to adjust, adapt and cultivate in a workplace is a great benefit to an organization and those involved. I would advise my
CEO to encourage staff to spend more time coaching and developing their workers, always keeping them updated and aware of changes and equip them to
