Lina said, "Common reasons why educators keep their data private is due to the fear of judgment from colleges and the risk of embarrassment."

What kind of environment must teachers be a part of in order to NOT feel as if the data would result in judgment that might cause unnecessary harm and embarrassment to a teacher? Are there instances where the school administrators could influence this? Why or why not?
