Please write an IB creative written task based on the novel The Great Gatsby, preferably a story that include a fair amount of dialogues. The story should be behind interesting plot points that was not present in the original novel: such as the conversation between Daisy and Tom Buchanan the night after Myrtle was killed.

Focusing on demonstrating the psychological struggle and hesitation (especially for Daisy) through detailed descriptions of the characters’ subconscious actions and dialogues; and how Tom persuades Daisy and they eventually decided to blame Myrtle’s death on Gatsby by misguiding Wilson and then to leave town.
