Job Summary
The Junior HR Business Partner performs a variety of human resources administrative tasks including: recruiting, marketing, policy/ handbook updates/ audits, and client talent management under the supervision of the VEO. Our goal is to make a strong Human Resources Business Partner by training you on the job to enter the workforce not only with your degree but with years of hands on experience in multiple industries worldwide.

Minimum Qualifications
● Current Junior or Senior or Graduate Student in Business or Human Resources required
● Must have 3.0-grade point average or better required
● 1 year or LESS experience working in an HR or Recruiting role required
● Available to work 12 or more hours per week for three months of training Monday through Thursday 1-5 PM CST in office in The Woodlands.
● Desire to pursue a career in human resource management
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Self-starters who are results oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious and who take initiative and risks
● Time management
