BM 205 Human Resource Management Final Project Requirement – The Interviewing Process Outline •    Cover Page •    Part 1 - Company Analysis. o    Summary - What is the name of the company you want to interview with and why did you choose this company o    Mission – What is the main mission or purpose of the company; what do they produce or provide to customers and how do they excel in their marketplace o    Specific Job – Describe the specific job(s) which you believe you would be qualified for and explain why you believe you are qualified and why you would be a good candidate •    Part 2 – Cover Letter. o    Purpose – Describe the purpose and value of a cover letter o    Best Practices – List several best practices related to writing cover letters that you discovered from various websites; also list a few “not to do’s” o    Outcome – Provide your cover letter (on its own page) •    Part 3 - Resume. o    Best Practices – List several best practices related to writing resumes that you discovered from various websites; also list a few “not to do’s” o    Outcome – Provide your resume (on its own page(s)  (I WILL DO THIS) •    Part 4 – Interview Guide. o    Purpose – Provide some thoughts on how to be prepared for an interview – both by phone or in person o    Best Practices – List several best practices related to being interviewed that you discovered from various websites; also list a few “not to do’s” o    Outcome – Provide an list of at least 10 interview questions you may be asked and your answers; also provide at least 3 questions you would ask in an interview to learn more about the organization
