Compare and contrast how the theories of organizational culture and structure presented in our readings explain the relationship between organizations and their environments. In your response, give consideration to the interactions between an organization’s internal environment (i.e., structure, leadership, management, staffing, programs, communication, workplace politics) and its external environment (i.e., monetary and nonmonetary resources, referral relationships, regulatory bodies, agency partners, relationship with the community).
