Discuss the importance and impact of the market image index and public image index on your hotel’s operation and revenues
PART 3: Research in Internet a real 3-4 stars hotel operation anywhere in the world (300 words) - If you have a contact in a hotel, you can use this contact's experience/knowledge, to complement your on line research.
What is the hotel criteria to make decisions on:
Sales & Marketing Strategies employed ? If the hotel is part of a chain, what role does the individual hotel play versus what does Corporate do to help the marketing efforts?
What are some initiatives employed by this hotel to reduce the turnover rate?
