Scenario: As the CEO you have reviewed and analyzed your organization’s current hiring and promotional practices. There are certain aspects that you like and certain aspects you would like to change. In order to hire the best and brightest, and promote your most qualified individuals, outline the main priorities of your proposal that you will present to the HR Committee meeting next week. Within this proposal you can also consider such topics as the improvement in on-boarding new employees; how to more effectively develop personnel within the organization; how to identify leadership potential among current employees and future employees; ideas on the development of a succession plan; thoughts on the development of a formal mentorship program; and any other thoughts or ideas on improving the climate and culture within the organization.
This final CTX allows you to be creative and draw upon lessons learned within this course, past CTX assignments, your own experiences, and your personal philosophy on these topics.
