Adopt Grounded Theory as a methodology for the paper. Exploring the lived experiences of leaders during the covid pandemic. The university has provided us with a specific template attached. I have thought about a title and research questions. Title: Exploring the lived experience of leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic. Research questions: Primary Research Question: 1) How has leadership practice changed during the COVID-19 pandemic? Executive leaders experiences will shape the emergent theory and provide a conceptual understanding of their lived reality. Secondary Research Question: 1) What are the emergent leadership practices as employees move from in-person to virtual interactions during the COVID-19 pandemic? This data will provide a leadership perspective for recommending changes in leadership during pandemics that force employees to work remotely. (The above is what I have been thinking about, I am open to suggestions)
