Goal setting video podcast

In Week 2, you will learn about strategies to enhance performance by setting goals. Your job is to decide on a
personal health, sport or performance-related goal for this semester, which you will work towards achieving.
you are required to compile one short (max. 5 min) video podcast where you:
Present your goal, and explain why you chose it (keep it short: background / reason for this goal, e.g., “I play
rugby for the xy team”)
Based on the content of Week 2, explain the measures you took or plan to take to achieve the goal (e.g.,
S.M.A.R.T). You may also use other strategies discussed in the first few weeks and explain how you made use
of them.
Reflect on your progress towards the goal: how far did you get, what worked, what didn’t, and why?
Propose how you could adapt your goal or your plans to improve from now on.
This doesn’t have to be 5 min of you talking to the camera: Feel free to use aids for demonstration purposes:
video clips, filmed demonstrations, drawings, graphs, screenshots or screencasts etc. Video files should be in
.mp4, .mov or .ppt format.
