Write an essay about Vico’s New Science; however, the essay prompt was very veg, which makes it difficult for me. The prompt is, "be creative and write an essay about vico" I would like the essay needs to utilize vico’s understanding of the metaphor and how that equates to wisdom and knowledge. Additionally, you should address paragraph 1112 of the New Science, which talks about how you need to be pious to be wise. Furthermore, paragraphs 120 and 122 should be incorporated in the paper because they are extremely important parts of Vico’s frame of thought. Also, Vico has a unique view of history and it cyclical motions. Lastly, if you could connect all this to the creation of a modern civil religion that Vico would agree with, that would be fantastic. Also attached is the practice. some of that attachment should be incorporated into the paper. the “help vico new science” attachment is just something I thought would help.
