Today, the term ‘genocide’ is applied liberally to many situations that do not meet the established criteria for
prosecution at the International Criminal Court of Justice. Discuss in what ways your example (Post#1) may fit
the U.N. Genocide Convention’s or even Lemkin’s definition of genocide.
