You can use one of these readings or both as the main argument(s) and then you create a response. ie. Frey says this…Regan says that… I say this…

1. You can create your own thesis statement.
2. You must first have an introduction paragraph, followed by the second paragraph which will be the main argument (The chosen Essay you will be summarizing) Your third paragraph will express if you agree or disagree with their claims.
3. Any paragraph afterwards can have interchangeable parts. This means the order you write a critic’s response or rebuttal can vary, it does not have to follow the analytical method completely.
4. REMEMBER TO INCLUDE PREMISES AND JUSTIFICATION FOR YOUR CLAIMS
5.You may use lecture material, but you must cite the lectures appropriately.
