Fourth amendment.

Find a current case or current event that deals with your chosen area of the Fourth amendment. In a 1-2 page paper: Describe the circumstances surrounding this case or event. Include your opinions about it as well as a short explanation of how it fits into your overall argument/thesis in your paper. Include your thesis statement for your project. A thesis statement should present your main idea in 1-2 sentences. Your paper should proofread for correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Part 4 Interview a prosecutor, a public defender, a private lawyer, a judge, or a police officer and find out what they think about the specific area of the Fourth Amendment that you have chosen. This interview should be about 30 minutes or longer and you should gather enough information to use throughout your paper as one of your main secondary sources.
