The first goal of this assignment is to introduce your Floridian figure. In order to introduce your topic, it is important that you know what other people have said and are saying about it. To that effect, your job is to gather a group of sources that discuss, report on, evaluate, analyze, critique, or feature your Floridian figure and put them in conversation with one another. To do this you will need to group your sources based on their content. Grouping them by source type does not count and will yield no points. In order to group them by content you should ask yourself (and answer within the paper) the following questions:

What do these sources have in common beyond the topic?
How do they differ in their coverage of this figure?
What types of audiences are they directed towards and how do you know?
Are there places where they don’t agree about some aspect regarding the figure?
