As a group, pull together all your analysis. ( please see individual Assignment 1&2 – also attached below)

Merge and combine all your check sheets- and prepare a Combined

Checksheet of at least 10 types of complaints;

Draw a Pareto Diagram to array the types of complaints

Select the top 3 complaints, and for each complaints – prepare:

Cause and Effect (Fishbone) diagram, as a group discuss the possible

causes for the each of the top three complaints.

Another Pareto Diagram by complaints by location or time or country

As a group, prepare the Final Report using a Business Report Structure.

Executive Summary (1 page max)

The executive summary must have the following parts written as separate paragraphs:

Introduce the topic
Describe the method of data collection and analysis Findings

Content page

Introduction to the report (1 page max) Background of the organization (3 pages max)

Research Method and Data Collection (1 page max)

Explain how you gain access to the information/data and how those data was collected.

Findings (15 pages max)

Conclusion (3 page max)

The content page should be generated using word processing embedded in the Word document.
List of numbered sections in report and their page numbers

Terms of Reference – <the objective of the report> Outline the report structure

Introduce each industries or sectors your group have examined.
Explain the reasons for which quality is important for each of the businesses or industries your group is working on.

Describe your analysis one by one:

(i) Check sheet

(ii) Pareto Diagram – the top 3 complaints

(iii) For the top 3 complaints: each the Fishbone diagram analysis for each


(iv) For each of the top 3 complaints do another Pareto Diagram by location,

time, or country.
