Read Larkin Motel case. Assume you are Mr. Carter and write a report to the Kims.
Required:

1. As Mr. Carter, make the computations as discussed in the last sentence of the case. (40 marks)
2. What should Mr. Carter tell the Kims about the motel’s financial performance in 2012? (40 marks)
   a. Here you need to explore how they are doing, how they are doing compared to industry standards, what
   information is still needed and if anything needs to change. Provide calculations, ratios and analysis as you
   deem necessary and important.
3. Ensure that the document you submit is professional in nature. Use word, PDF or excel as necessary but
