Faith Focus Question 3

The creation story in the first chapter of Genesis outlines a quality assurance system that God used at every step of the process. What does this tell you about the importane of quality in the operational process? Take this opportunity to reflect on how much you as a consumer have come to take certain levels of quality for granted. Then examine your own performance in this area and see if you have been remiss in your own performance and have written it off because the customer might never notice. If God took care to review His own work during the process of creation, how much more diligent should we be in ensuring the quality of what we provide to our customers?
