audit and quantitative and qualitative research methods).
4. Critically discuss how to evaluate quality improvement/change in a healthcare organisation.
5. Demonstrate an understanding of critical reflection on key concepts around evaluation,
measurement and research.

Part A: Quality improvement/change proposal:
