Essential Characteristics of Change Leaders
Review the six essential characteristics of change leaders as outlined in your Organizational Change text
on pages 261–264. Summarize each of these characteristics. Reflecting back on your previous work
experience, assess which attributes you possess and which attributes you wish to further develop.
Post according to the Faculty Expectations Response Guidelines, with APA formatted in-text citations and
accompanying, congruent APA formatted references. All posts should include a word count and your
signature at the end of the post. Ten points will be deducted for missing word counts, missing signature, and
lack of congruency between in-text citations and the reference list, and lack of APA formatting. Please note
that 50 percent of the possible points can be deducted for lack of adherence to scholarly writing detail.
