In 2013, Georgia decided to overhaul/revamp it’s Juvenile Justice System. The legislation that created this reform was House Bill 242. Research Georgia’s Juvenile Justice system before and after the reform. Outline at least five of the changes that resulted from this legislation. Explain the changes in detail.
