In order to provide an effective decision support tool for your team’s work on future consulting assignments, you have now been asked to complete a second foundational task. The Task: Prepare a “best practices” recommendation report for management to guide Five or more “best practices” in successfully identifying potential information systems projects in organizations. Structure of the Report: Â The report is to contain an introductory section describing the background and purpose of the guide followed by the guide itself. Your major goals for the report should be comprehensiveness as related to the chapter sources and usability in relation to effective support for managerial decision making.
