Develop a preparedness strategy/emergency management plan for a jurisdiction of your choosing. Identify the key risks facing the jurisdiction of your choice, and lay out the strategy for how your jurisdiction should apply the 5 preparedness missions (prevention, protection, mitigation, response, and recovery) to those identified risks. Unlike the last assignment where you identified the risks and ranked them, in this paper you will go into the options you have for addressing those risks.
