1. Study electoral system of Germany (focus only on Germany’s “Bundestag” – Germany’s House of Representatives). How are the seats distributed?
   Summarize it in one paragraph (100-150 words). Make sure to cite the external sources you referred to.
2. Assume that the US would change its electoral system to the one similar to Germany’s to improve representation. 1) How would the current distribution of
   seats (in the House of Representatives) change according to the new electoral system? 2) Next, would this indeed improve representation? In discussing
   these two questions, make sure to look up the data on US demographics, political party affiliation, etc. and add them to support your discussion (200-250
   words)
