Educational technology tools

Select two educational technology tools of your preference. The tools must be similar for comparing them, for example, two math tools, two graphic organizer tools, etc. You can use any tool that has been provided in the technology playgrounds or browse from vast list based on categories.   1. Once selected, you will analyze the tools’ benefits and applications, provide a comparison and evaluation to, finally, choose the tool that better fits the purpose. The tool will be the winner of the Tech Tool Matchup!
  2. The project’s final product will be a short reflection paper, which will use the Universal Design for Learning as the lens of analysis, which you learned in this module.
  3. The paper will have the following elements (50 points)
    o Introduction. (5 points)- Briefly explain the paper’s purpose and introduce the tools and what they are used for.
    o Tool One (10 points)- Describe the tool and its main features. Explain the tool’s advantages and disadvantages based on the UDL guidelines.

o Tool Two (10 points) Describe the tool and its main features. Explain the tool’s advantages and disadvantages based on the UDL guidelines.
o The winner (20 points) Select a winner. Base your decision on the UDL guidelines provided in this module. Explain the rationale behind the selection of the tool as the best among the two of them.
