Each student have to draw a detailed strategy map for bank including four sections, the main sections as follow:
1.mission (here write the mission )
2.Financial Perspective (i.e reduce cost , increase sales , etc it is better to have 3 or more )
3.Customer Satisfaction (use those words reliability, responsiveness, tangibles, assurance
4.Internal Process
5.Learning and Growth Perspective(employee, leader ship, IT infrastructure)
Attached:
1. Sample for the student to refer. Student must write much detailed this is just a sample.
2. The map should be drown in the power point attached (map template) use it as a template to be filled
Note to the writer (from my side) : please try to find an existing strategic map for bank from any reference ,modify and paraphrase to match master student level .my Dr. have a high expectation for this map please try to do your best .
