Disease and Disability

Disease and Disability Order Description   students to explore the lived experience for an individual with a significant injury/illness/disorder - (a long term health issues) and the impact that this has on: ? the individual, ? the individuals significant others (carers and family), and ? the impact that the condition has on society (from personal, national and international perspectives). In order to explore these points, students will be required to identify a person with a long term health issue whom they can interview to gather this information from. Students will be provided with a list of guide questions to assist them with the interview process. Students do not need to be limited to these questions, and may expand on these to gather further information and a richer narrative.
