Differences Between Individuals and Groups and Generalist Interventions

Students will write a developmental 8-page minimum paper, including no less than twenty-four references (three per page) that support the eight learning objectives of this course. The goal of this assignment is for the student to improve their writing and critical thinking through this developmental process. Each iteration of the paper must meet the rubric expectations, including having a properly formatted title page, content as described below, no less than three references per page, and a properly formatted references page (or pages). The final paper must also include a properly formatted Abstract with keywords. See Rubric A: Assignment I below and on Information page on Blackboard. 
To develop this paper, the student will:

A. Write the first pages of the paper and submit them for review in Week 3. This paper will be worth up to 50 points. The paper will consist of at least one full-page discussion of the each of the following four student learning objectives:
1) Generalist Social Work Overview-The historical foundations, domain, philosophy, values, ethics, and roles of social work empowerment.
2) Theory and Framework -The ecological perspective and the knowledge and skills of empowerment processes and the interrelationship between these theoretical perspectives.
3) Differences Between Individuals and Groups and Generalist Interventions for Each – Describe some ways that individuals and groups differ, including race, culture, ethnicity, social class, gender, age, sexual
