Developments in Nursing Care ASSESSMENT 2(Report)

  Analyse the caring culture within your specialty area of practice. From this analysis, you need to propose a potential project that will have a positive impact on improving the caring culture within this practice environment. Your report should include: • An overview of your specialty area of nursing practice that highlights practice changes that have influenced nursing care from a compassionate care perspective. • Evidence of analysis of the findings from observation and / or the stories from people receiving care and / or their carers • Analysis of the current caring culture in terms of the attributes, enabling factors and consequences using the effective workplace culture framework (Manley et al., 2011). • A synthesis of the information above to develop recommendations for improvements to the caring culture This assessment should be written as a report with formal headings. - see the attachment files - follow the Harvard style NSW (see the attachment file for Harvard style) - the reference, not more than 10 years. -you must write about 3 themes and find evidence to support your themes and recommendation. -I uploaded some files that can help you to understand how to write the report. - please follow the assessment rubric you will find it in assessment 2 task.
