As a culminating activity for this course, you OR you and a partner will be developing a public policy proposal (that is currently not in existence) that would help individuals, families, and/or communities during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. The policy that you develop can be a local, state, or federal policy. In addition, you must develop a policy that you feel the Family and Consumer Sciences profession should address and would support. The information that you find in these enrichment assignments will be used to develop your proposal. Once you complete your enrichment papers, you will combine the sections into one major proposal that could be submitted to legislative officials for change. Read each section very carefully as it relates to what you should complete, when it should be completed, how it should be completed, and the associated point value.
