The three main aims: (please rephrase when writing them in the proposal)
1- Study the effect of textured microparticles on the signaling pathway of hh during ossification.
2- Selecting the most promising textured microparticle to create disease model.
3- 3D bioprinting to print scaffold to control Ihh pathway.
in the introduction: hh signaling pathways (if possible mention all with details) focus on the ERK1 &2 signaling pathway. How hh affect this pathway (what is the molecular aspect). you should mention the MSCs. different textured microparticles and their role in disease remodeling.
