Design a programme

1. Design a programme for this important visit. This should include times, places and the people the visitors are to meet at LLE, and the recreational activities you think the visitors might enjoy during their stay. These will probably involve going out of Dunedin. Present this as two-column table.
When designing your itinerary for the visitors do not forget to take cultural differences into consideration, eg, foods, religion, suitable activities that will not cause any of the visitors to lose face and so on.

2. Write approximately 100 words on each of three communication issues which might arise. (it might be a good idea to do some more research on these three cultural groups.) In your 300 words also state how you would manage the issue.

3. Write approximately 250 words reminding Tom and Sineetha about of the aspects of their own communication they should take particular care withe when interacting with the visitors. This should be in the form of an email.
