Instructions: please read thoroughly. There are specific questions she wants you to answer for each paragraph. Paper should be in 12 font Times New Roman and should be written in Chicago Style format. Attached is a copy of the declaration(source) she wants us to use. Please site using footnotes.

For the second Document Analysis, you will read the “Declaration of Independence,” to analyze the document; it is located in the Course Content section under the U.S. Legal Documents. With the 1st and second page of the Document Analysis worksheet given in class, you will use the questions on the form and the essay outline to write a 2 to 3-page paper. Then answer all questions and write your paper on a word document and submit it through this assignment. Upload one file submission if possible.
FORMAT INSTRUCTIONS:

1: Your paper must be formatted having an Introduction, body of paragraphs, and conclusion, with a bibliography page with your sources at the end of your paper. The font should be Times New Roman, 12 size font, double spaced, and each paragraph should be indented for the first sentence on the left side. This paper is in Chicago style. This paper IS 2-3 pages. For example, use the papers I have on Blackboard in the Course Content section as a guide. DO NOT REFER TO YOURSELF IN THIS PAPER SUCH AS, “I THINK…” OR “IN MY OPINION…” AND DO NOT USE CONTRACTIONS SUCH AS, “DON’T; WON’T; AIN’T!” YOU WILL BE DOCKED POINTS!

*Paragraph 1: Introduction must have a thesis in the first paragraph. Tell me what you are writing your paper about. This should be no more than 3 Sentences!!!!!
*Paragraph 2: 1st Body Paragraph: Answer the question: The author of this document is Thomas Jefferson and he wrote in this document that all “Men” are created equal. After reading the “Declaration of Independence,” is it proven that Jefferson was talking about all men, women, and children? Or was he only including White men of property? Use the document to answer this question and cite your work.

• Paragraph 3: 2nd Body Paragraph: Answer the question: When Jefferson wrote the line, “certain unalienable rights,” what does he mean? Is the creation of the Bill of Rights indirect existence because of this document and are they similar? Use the document to answer this question and cite your work.
  Paragraph 4: 3rd Body Paragraph: Answer the question: Thomas Jefferson was an Anti-Federalist, is this document in line with the Anti-Federalist political ideals and beliefs? Use the document to answer this question and cite your work.
• Paragraph 5: Conclusion: Close out your paper by writing and summarizing your findings. This should be no more than 3 Sentences!!!!
