1) An appropriate form for each table with add/edit/delete functionality
2) Your forms must include the following
a) frmBorrower (add, edit, delete, list borrower)
b) frmMedia (add, edit, delete, list media)
c) frmQuickSearchMedia (lookup media, show status of the media, such as in house, out and who checked it out)
d) frmQuickSearchBrower
