Part. A: Curriculum Alignment• Describe the scope and sequence if the literacy/math curriculum, instruction, assessments and resources.
• Describe how you plan to sustain a school culture and literacy/math instructional program conducive to student learning through collaboration, trust and a personalized learning environment with high expectations for students.
• Describe how you plan for a comprehensive, rigorous, and coherent curricular and instructional school program in literacy/math.
• Describe a plan to develop and supervise the instructional and leadership capacity of school staff in the literacy/math program
• Describe how you promote the most effective and appropriate technologies to support teaching and learning in your school’s literacy/math program.
• Describe how you act with integrity and fairness to ensure that the school is accountable for every student’s academic and social success in literacy/math.
Part B: Staff Evaluation
• Summarize your discussion with the principal mentor regarding district staff evaluation policies and procedures with regard to selection, supervision, retention, and dismissal and how they can be implemented fairly, ethically, and with integrity.
• Describe how you evaluate the potential moral and legal consequences of decision making in staff evaluation.
Paper must be 10-12 pages written according to APA guidelines, including 10-15 different references and, that addresses both Parts A and B as described above.
