2. Identify a topic that you would like to study which is CrossFit, Ballet and Yoga in reference to strength flexibly and mobility and exercise. This topic will
keep the same throughout research theme
3. Briefly discuss a potential research investigation that incorporates a worldview, strategy of inquiry (ies), and research methods.
4. Identify whether this research investigation would be quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods research. Also provide at least three key words you could use
