Qualities that demonstrate critical thinking include; being open-minded about a topic, basing decisions on evidence, and explaining assumptions and reasons (Young, 2014). This essay should be approximately two to three (2-3) pages long, in APA format, and demonstrate critical thinking and analysis about the following:

1. Compare and contrast client populations (e.g., the elderly, the LGBT community, the homeless, etc.) or fields of practice with whom you would enjoy working and the client populations or fields of practice that would pose problems for you.
2. What are the challenges of each client group? How are they similar? How are they different?
3. Which issues will you need to address about either group? How will you address them?
