Criminal Law Coursework Assignment
Critique the egg shell skull rule in light of the decisions in R v Roberts (1971) 56 Cr App R 95 ; R v Blaue [1975] 3 All ER 446 and R v Dawson [1985] 81 Cr App R 1500
Requirement:
• Complete your coursework assignment on a policy-based criminal law through your own research
• Your essay must be a maximum of 2000 words, inclusive of footnotes
• You need to support your arguments with at least 30 authorities

i) Analysis on how a principle of Hong Kong’s criminal law could be improved as law reform
ii) Assignment will be assessed for analysis, research, reasoning, expression, citation and overall structure.
iii) Students should describe the law as it should be, rather than merely the law as it is.
