2) Write a 100-word response to each student in first person as if you were writing it to the students. Talk about how you agree with their ideas and add your own thoughts. Make sure it’s respectful.

Community-Oriented policing gives the people in the community a chance to share their opinion and to help create a better community. Police-oriented policing has the officers come up with solutions to problems. Advances in police research revealed that the police could not reduce crime by their own efforts alone (Worrall, 2014). Being a part of a community is always a good way to find solutions. A person wants to be heard and acknowledged for what they do and what ideas they have. With that they are always looking for new ways to solve problems.
