Critically discuss whether the more stringent (mandatory) measures will fail or succeed to improve transparency of EU lobbying? 2. Justify EU level lobbying strategy to be adopted by a non-EU company of your choice as​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍​ it aims to revert measures taken to exclude it from the major infrastructural projects in EU. I have uploaded a case study, the essay should be based on that, please read it fully. The 2 tasks I mentioned above should be discussed in the essay.
