Identify and discuss different leadership theories exemplified in business leaders. Students will also describe power bases leaders use to resolve challenges and explain two or three behaviors that leaders should demonstrate or avoid in order to be successful. We chose Warren Buffet and his purchase of Berkshire Hathaway which resulted in him losing a large amount of money. Identify a significant career challenge the leader faced and explain how the leader handled the challenge. D​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍​ifferentiate whether the response aligns more with a managerial role or a leadership role. After conducting your research, present a challenging career or business related situation the leader was confronted with and cite your academic research. Once you have identified and described the challenge then analyze how the leader dealt with this challenge. Did they handle the challenge from a managerial role or a leadership role (hint – each role should be defined cited, and discussed)? Provide examples and insight to justify your choice. Include numerous supporting citations to strengthen your clai​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍​ms.
