Instructions Develop a service blueprint and servicescape for a company in the industry you have chosen. Your work should visualize the service process steps with explanations within the diagram. Determine if the process could be improved with new steps or alterations to the sequence of the process map. What is the impact of the physical environment on the process? What improvements will strengthen your application of the service blueprint and servicescape framework? Senior management is awaiting your update from the marketing team. Present your work in the form of a PowerPoint.
Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as speaker notes for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
Support your presentation with a minimum of 5 scholarly resources, at least two of which that have been published in the least five years. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
