Conflict Resolution

a. Review the methods that a PM can use to resolve a conflict.
b. Select at least one method that you have had experience with.
c. Describe the conflict, then explain why that particular conflict resolution method was used and if you believe it worked well to resolve the conflict. If it did not work well, describe an alternative method that may have better resolved the conflict and explain your reasoning.
d. Additionally, describe how a team’s composition, specifically with respect to its diversity and possible cultural differences of team members, may impact conflict resolution. Did cultural competency, or lack thereof, impact the conflict you described? If so, how?
