Considering the material in Chapter 11, create a set of policies for acceptable student use of lab computers at an academic institution. Make sure to specify web use, email use, and any other acceptable uses. Carefully spell out unacceptable usage (ie., is game playing acceptable?).

Using the Security Rating Scale outlined at the beginning of Chapter 12, rate the security of your academic institution’s computer systems and network. Provide clear reasons for each of your ratings on the scale and recommendations for ways to improve the system’s security.
