Competitive Analysis

Complete a competitive analysis of your potential competition in your market. Include in your analysis: the
competitors you analyzed, type of competitor (online, direct sales, etc.), the strengths and weaknesses of each
competitor, length of time each has been in business, number of employees, number of customers, their sales.
Analyze your results to include similarities and differences of the competitors and how you will compete in this
market with these competitors (your strategy).
