By now, you have a good sense of the way your 2. hypothetical program will work. As you completed the previous chapter, you designed an organizational 3. chart to fit your program's mission. Now it is time to consider the kinds of jobs that will fit your organiza-tion. Identify several of the key jobs that will make your program work. Identify the jobs and address these questions for each: 1. How will this job fit into the organization as a whole?

If you were planning to hire a person for this job, consider the following questions: (a) What would be the primary qualifications that you would look for? (b) How would you assess whether the job candidates possess these qualifi-cations? (c) What would be the key questions you would ask in an interview situation? (d) What answers would you be seeking?
