Now it is time to consider the kinds of jobs that will fit your organiza-tion. Identify several of the key jobs that will make your program work. Identify the jobs and address these questions for each: 1. How will this job fit into the organization as a whole?

If you were planning to hire a person for this job, consider the following questions: (a) What would be the primary qualifications that you would look for? (b) How would you assess whether the job candidates possess these qualifi-cations? (c) What would be the key questions you would ask in an interview situation? (d) What answers would you be seeking?
