This practice application will enable you to create a graphic representation of the relationship between the
community served by your practicum site and the outside entities
Create an eco-map of the community in which your practicum site is located or the community it serves, and
include the following:
All entities external to the community with which the community (as a whole) interface (e.g. government
entities, other community, social service agencies, business, and community institution and organization)
A graphic description of the relationship between the community and outside entities using different types of
connection (e.g. broke lines, thine lines, thick lines, and curving lines)
A legend /key that explains the types of connection
Explain and discuss your eco-map.
