Determine the values and assumptions of the family culture in the Taylor family. Be creative, Make recommendations at the end of the analysis to them a 'strong culture'. You may add details to this scenario but state that you are doing so. Once you are done reading and analyzing this case, provide what you think the family's values are, what assumptions about the world, and family and marriage are, and provide some suggestions to help them develop a 'stronger' family culture. Feel free to discuss questions and observations and artifacts you would have liked to have used and seen that would have helped you get more of a picture of this family and so how to advise them. You are basically using Schein's three levels of first observing things you can see (elements of culture) to lead to the cultural values to lead to cultural assumptions and you are taking a perspective approach.
