Communication
Communication is a large component in program evaluation.
The communication plan tells the story of the impact [success(es) and failure(s)] of the program, with the decided intent to translate findings into influence. In addition, the evaluation needs a management plan. The management plan outlines timetables, costs, and project schedules.
In 500-750 words, outline the following:
Identify the target audience.
Identify the specific modes of delivering the program evaluation report (i.e., e-mail, website publications, form presentations). Include how you will communicate successes and redirection.
Outline your management plan. Include your evaluation timetable, anticipated costs, and benchmarks expected for the evaluation.
