To provide evidence of individual understanding and appreciation of People Analytics, each student is expected to pick from a list of current issues in People Analytics to elaborate on in the paper. The list of current issues is provided in Canvas. Pick one issue from the list to write your paper. The issue paper must be 15-20 pages (content pages) long and be based on current academic and practitioner research. Issue papers should be written in lay terms such that they are understandable by the general population but should include at least 10 reliable references (more than that is expected). Issue Paper Guidelines

Get to know the issue. You must be very familiar with the particular issue, otherwise, you will end up discussing it in a hypothetical manner, losing points.
Sub-categorize the topic into multiple sections (each paper should have at least 3 sub-topics)
Read the recommended literature. While you are reading, you have to write down all the remarks, thoughts, and any inspiration that may have.
Have a title page and table of contents
Have an overall introduction for the paper that introduces all the subtopics covered.
Define/describe the issue
Explain what challenges exist and give examples
Explain what can be done to combat those challenges
Have an overall conclusion for the paper that integrates all the subtopics covered.
